Juventus 4-2 Udinese – 1-1
Udinese 1-0 Juventus: Juventus defender Paulo Dybala makes his first start for the Nerazzurri.
Alberto Manzano scored Udinese’s opener in a 1-on-0 at the Parc del Fino, but Juve’s defence held firm and Dybalas goal was the first time he had netted since January 2015.
Juventus’ lead was cut to one midway through the second half but they held on to a draw.
The Nerazzuri had an excellent first-half and were the more dangerous team but Juves defence was the better side throughout.
Neri was on target again for Udinese and he was again the man of the match.
Paparelli was called in for a second-half substitution after Udinese were denied a third goal by a foul by Udinese defender Bruno Palacios.
Juventus manager Leonardo Cassano was happy with his side’s performance against Udinese.
“We played very well, I’m happy with our performance,” he said.
We didn’t have too many chances to win the game, so we’ll take the positives.”
